Cesium tungsten bronze is a functional compound with special structure of oxygen octahedron, low resistivity and low temperature superconductivity. When the glass surface is coated with cesium tungsten bronze film, its near-infrared shielding and heat insulation properties will be enhanced with the increase of cesium content. Compared with the blank glass, the glass coated with cesium tungsten bronze film has better thermal insulation performance, and the thermal insulation temperature difference can reach 13.5℃.
Specifically, the particle size of cesium tungsten bronze nano powder is small and uniform, and it is not easy to aggregate into clusters, so it has a large specific surface area and good chemical stability. The application of this material in the construction industry, such as transparent thermal insulation window film and building coating, can significantly improve the thermal insulation effect of buildings.
