Antistatic effect of conductive titanium dioxide

Conductive titanium dioxide (CAS: 13463-67-7) production is mainly based on titanium dioxide as a matrix, through nanotechnology, the use of surface treatment and semiconductor doping treatment methods, the formation of conductive oxide layer on the surface of the matrix of titanium dioxide. Konada conductive titanium dioxide KND-TA200 titanium oxide and antimony oxide doping ratio of 1:1, purity of 99.9%. The appearance is blue-gray powder, and the titanium oxide crystal type is rutile type.

The conductive coating on the surface of conductive titanium dioxide is the key to its anti-static. This conductive coating can form a continuous conductive layer, so that the surface of titanium dioxide has good electrical conductivity. When static electricity is generated on the surface of titanium dioxide, the conductive layer will quickly introduce static electricity to the ground, thus achieving the effect of anti-static electricity.

Conductive titanium dioxide can be widely used in fields requiring antistatic, including but not limited to coatings, materiale plastice, rubber, adhesives, inks, cement, fibers, ceramică, etc.

The application of conductive titanium dioxide in coatings is particularly obvious, which can significantly improve the antistatic properties of coatings.

When using conductive titanium dioxide, attention should be paid to dispersion conditions and system adaptability to ensure the effective play of its antistatic properties.
