Which conductive dispersion is better?

Conductive oxides are conductive zinc oxide, conductive titanium dioxide, 인듐 주석 산화물, tin antimony oxide and so on. So how to choose conductive dispersion, which is better

Here are some common conductive dispersions and their application characteristics

1. Conductive zinc oxide dispersion: conductive zinc oxide dispersion has excellent electrical conductivity, and the addition amount is small, so that the surface resistance of the coating can reach a low level. The dispersion liquid shows good stability and dispersion, ensuring stable performance during use, and is not easy to precipitate or stratify.

Conductive titanium dioxide dispersion: conductive titanium dioxide dispersion has excellent electrical conductivity, can form a conductive network in the coating or film, effectively reduce the resistance, improve the conductive efficiency of the material. Titanium dioxide itself is an excellent white pigment, with high hiding power and excellent whiteness, which can give the coating good hiding effect and color stability. 또한, the conductive titanium dioxide dispersion also has good dispersion: the conductive titanium dioxide dispersion is treated by a special process and can be uniformly dispersed in the solvent to form a stable suspension system, which is easy to use and process.

3. Indium tin oxide dispersion: ITO is widely used in touch screen, display and other fields due to its high transparency and good electrical conductivity. ITO dispersion has good stability and dispersion, and is easy to be processed into films or coatings.

4. Tin antimony oxide dispersion: ATO is similar to ITO, and also has high transparency and conductive properties. In some applications, ATO may have better weather resistance and chemical stability.

When selecting the conductive dispersion, the suitable dispersion can be selected according to the conductive property, stability and cost.
