Application Suggestion

1. In plastic applications, antibacterial masterbatches can be pre made and then added to the plastic in a certain proportion. It is recommended that the product contain an antibacterial powder content of 1.0-1.2%.

2. It can be directly added to rubber products during the processing, with a recommended addition amount of 1.0-1.2%.

3. On ceramic products, it is recommended to add 3-5%; In coatings (inks), the addition amount is 1% -3%.

4. In chemical fibers, antibacterial masterbatches containing 15-20% inorganic antibacterial powder can be pre made, and then added to the chemical fiber material in a ratio of 5-6%. It is recommended that the final product contain silver loaded zirconium phosphate antibacterial powder at a concentration of 1.0-1.2%.
